Physicochemical properties: Liquid.Taq plus DNA polymerase is a DNA polymerase prepared by special process. It is a mixed enzyme of common Taq enzyme mixed with a certain proportion of PFU enzyme. The purity of each enzyme is more than 95%. After detection, there is no nuclease and foreign DNA pollution. It has the super amplification ability of Taq enzyme. At the same time, due to the existence of PFU enzyme, it can partially correct the errors in DNA amplification, and the fidelity is about 3 times that of Taq enzyme.
Purpose: Biochemical research. After testing, there was no activity of exogenous nuclease. Taking lambda DNA as template, 2KB DNA fragment could be amplified well. It can be used for routine PCR amplification, high fidelity amplification and expression of genes, and site directed mutation of genes.
