Purpose: biochemical research. The precursor of 3-indoleacetic acid biosynthesis in plants is tryptophan. The basic function of auxin is to regulate the growth of plants. It can not only promote growth, but also inhibit growth and organ formation. Auxin not only exists in free state in plant cells, but also exists in bound auxin that is firmly bound with biopolymers, and auxin that forms a complex with special substances, such as indoleacetyl asparagine, indoleacetic acid pentose and indoleacet glucose.
