Physicochemical properties: white or light yellow powder. Sensitive to moisture. It is a mixture with streptodornase and varidase. Soluble in water and normal saline. The optimum pH is 7.3 ~ 7.6. It is very unstable in diluted solution. Reversible inactivation can occur when the solution is at pH 5.0, and irreversible inactivation occurs above pH 9.0. Inactivation of aqueous solution stored in refrigerator for more than 12 hours
