Application: affinity chromatography medium, purification of interferon α 2-macroglobulin, coagulation factor, enzymes requiring nucleotide assistance.
Purpose: the product is coupled with blue dye to cross-linked and activated agarose gel, which has high chemical stability. The combination of blue agarose gel and target protein is mainly a result of the electron pair interaction and hydrophobic effect of ligand. The affinity chromatographic packing has a wide range of applications and can be applied to albumin, interferon α 2 separation and purification of macroglobulin, coagulation factor and various enzymes requiring NAD + and NADP +.
Storage: sealed at 4-8 ℃. The used filler shall be thoroughly washed with pure water, and finally stored in 20% ethanol at 4 ℃.
matters needing attention:
(1) Before loading the sample, the sample must be filtered through the membrane and the pigment must be removed, otherwise the impurities and pigment will be adsorbed on the filler and affect the normal use of the filler. All buffers need to be filtered with a 0.45um filter.
(2) In the process of use, avoid using strong acids and bases with high concentration, and the concentration of acids and bases shall be less than 0.1 mol. Alkali slows the flow rate.
(3) Different samples have different adsorption and elution methods, which can be carried out according to the relevant literature.
