Purpose: benzamiprid is a broad-spectrum inhibitor of serine protease, so the coupling of these substances to agarose gel 6B can purify trypsin, thrombin, urokinase, kallikrein, kallikrein and other serine proteases from various sources.
Storage: sealed at 4-8 ℃. The used filler shall be thoroughly washed with pure water, and finally stored in 20% ethanol at 4 ℃.
matters needing attention:
(1) Before loading the sample, the sample must be filtered through the membrane and the pigment must be removed, otherwise the impurities and pigment will be adsorbed on the filler and affect the normal use of the filler. All buffers need to be filtered with a 0.45um filter.
(2) In the process of use, avoid using strong acids and bases with high concentration, and the concentration of acids and bases shall be less than 0.1 mol. Alkali slows the flow rate.
