This product is composed of 8 banded double stranded DNA bands, which is suitable for the analysis of DNA bands in agarose gel electrophoresis. usage method:
1. Add 3-6ul of this product into the sample adding hole of agarose gel (add 1ul for every 1mm * 1mm sample adding hole, if the sample adding hole is wider than 5mm, the sample loading amount can be appropriately increased) for electrophoresis
2. Recommended electrophoresis conditions: gel concentration is 2%, gel length is 5-7cm, electrophoresis voltage is 4-10v / cm, and electrophoresis time is 25-30min
After EB staining, the bands were observed under ultraviolet light
Note: if Goldview and other dyes are used for dyeing, since the sensitivity is lower than EB, please increase the sample loading amount of marker as appropriate
matters needing attention:
1. The quality of agarose has a great impact on DNA electrophoresis. Please try to use high-quality agarose when electrophoresis
2. Please use freshly configured electrophoresis buffer and freshly configured agarose gel for electrophoresis to ensure good separation effect of marker
3. This marker is applicable to the determination of DNA fragment size and the rough quantification of DNA content, without using the precise quantification of DNA fragment content
