Physicochemical properties: off white or light yellow powder, sensitive to humidity. The maximum excitation wavelength of the product is 390nm and the maximum emission wavelength is 475nm.

Purpose: biochemical research. The non fluorescent reagent can form a stable, high fluorescence and low background complex with the primary amino groups of amino acids and proteins under mild conditions, and is used for fluorescence detection of amino acids, proteins and proteolytic enzymes. Also used in protein sequencing analysis.
